PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES -Cash ONLY due at appointment -No kids, or extra guests allowed -Any service with hair provided must be booked 48 hours in advance unless we’ve discussed sooner. -A $25/$50 deposit is required for all appointments and is NON-REFUNDABLE under ANY circumstances. Your deposit goes towards the total. -There is a $45 squeeze in fee for any appointment needed before 48 hour notice. -There is a $45 House-Call fee. -You must cancel NO LATER than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service booked. *If I am unable to collect the fee, you will be banned from booking again until the fee is collected. -Any and all no shows will be banned -Anytime past appointment time is a $10 late fee 15* minutes late =$15 fee. -If no show at time of appointment- cancelled -After no show/no communication on your appointment, it will be cancelled & you will be charged the 50% service fee and/or banned from booking. -There is a $25 fee for braiding back length hair -I offer bundle deals that include install+hair. -All lace wigs/closures/frontals MUST be dropped off at least 48 hours BEFORE your appointment time. (If not, there will be a same day customization fee of $45/$65 for 360/full lace units) -Hair is only provided when booking a bundle deal or previously discussed
