Read thoroughly: *Failure to maintain below policies will result in cancellation of services * -After booking, you MUST send a DM(message) on Instagram (@its_meltedbyc) with confirmation info and inspo pic of desired style. (I do not communicate any other way than Direct Message on Instagram. I communicate ONLY through Instagram for all appt purposes ) *For rescheduling/canceling your appointment- ONLY send a message on Instagram. ** -There is an additional squeeze in fee for any squeeze in appointment needed, if not available on booking site or if a holiday. -Cash ONLY due at appointment -No kids, or extra guests allowed at all. -Any one age 16 & younger, MUST have your parent read/confirm policies, book the appt, & contact me via Instagram to confirm ANY minors appt. You must inform me that you are a minor, I will not provide service if parent hasn’t confirmed with me. . Reschedules must be within 72 hours of original appt time without new deposit, *if my site reflects the availability to accommodate. %50 percent of service will be charged for such cancellations. -Please have flexibility with your appt time. A sew-in service may take 2.5 to 4 hours, depending on a variety of factors (Ex; back length/high density braid down, extra bundles, lace incl., same day lace -Sew Ins typically include installing 2-3 bundles. Additional bundles outside of 3 bundles will be $15 extra per bundle. -5 minute grace period. 10 minutes+ late =$10 late fee. 15+ minutes late, appt is cancelled. Appt is canceled if no communication about being late at the time of appt and will be considered a no show. Please arrive on time, no earlier due to parking. -A $25/$50 deposit is required for all appointments and is NON-REFUNDABLE under ANY circumstances. Your deposit goes towards the total. -There is a $45 House-Call fee. -There is a $20 fee for braiding back length hair. Crimps or Wand curls take longer & will be an additional $20 onto the total. -All lace wig frontals MUST be dropped off at least 48 hours BEFORE your appointment time. (If not, there will be a same day customization fee of $45)
